And the saga continues. I’m still out there crate-diggin’ at least once a week, which for me is honestly verging on detox. I got no funds to be throwin’ at expensive records these days, so I make my usual stops and hope to come across some bargains—forgotten gems that some dealer didn’t associate with any value, not realizing they had something in the dollar bin that was worth upwards of $70.00 (true story!—the Bill Cosby jazz-funk album that I found a while back). Anyhow, it’s all a process, and I truly believe that one day this insanely eclectic, overwhelming collection that I keep adding to will serve as a legacy/library to future generations, whether it be my own (someday) children or the students that I teach. Peace, love and happiness, and om mani padme hum to the four corners…keep on pushin’…
